A few words before you begin. I hope not to bore you ( I am known for this ), talk above you ( impossible for me ), lecture you ( your spouse can handle that, on why you are spending so much time on-line ), remember I said " I hope " !
Be forewarned on my vocabulary——if it is in the scrabble dictionary or not, I use it. Hey, that is why I employ 2 copywriters to write for our clients. I am writing a book only with their help….before you ask, The book is titled; "Guerrilla Marketing is for Monkeys, Why, the Lion is the King of the Jungle" – when it comes out next year, don’t buy it, you will get a lot of it here for free, besides it is for the esoteric business crowd, it centers on perception based marketing strategies.
As we go forward, I will attempt to whisper a few words of wisdom, encouragement, amusement, and caveats for consideration before and during your new business and personal journey.
Consider the cliche people often cite, " the fun is in the journey not the destination ". . .
I have learned the people who use this overused cliche never got lost, never had an accident during their journey; and of course they always arrived at their destination safe and secure.
Although, many people use it, and even offer it to you! Understand the wisdom now, this cliche has NOTHING to do with starting a business !
The journey is a lot more fun with GPS, a great set of brakes, and arriving " healthy in one piece".
Hey, even Dorothy had to cope with lions, tigers and bears, oh my, before she arrived at OZ. Once there she learned, the Wizard was a fraud, and even then, with GREAT difficulty, she had to click her heels 3 times just to return home, and that advice came from a witch! Now, that was a journey! So unless in your business quest you want to deal with frauds, witches, brainless and heartless people, fierce animals, and of course the infamous "flying monkeys"; pay attention.
So permit me to reword the popular cliche. . . " the experience is in the journey, the fun is arriving where you wanted to go in a better condition then when you started " . . .Hopefully you experience some fun along the way.
So let’s begin your site journey, excuse me "experience" . . .
